History
In 1998, a vision took root in the hearts of Steve and Judi Cesler, an American family living in Argentina at the time. They dreamed of a school where children from diverse cultural backgrounds could flourish under the guidance of missionary teachers, shaped by a Christian worldview and a steadfast commitment to academic excellence. What began as a desire to provide a unique educational experience for their own children blossomed into Buenos Aires International Christian Academy (BAICA).
From its humble beginnings with 17 students, BAICA has grown into the only International Christian school in Buenos Aires. Today, it serves a vibrant community of students from PK3 through 12th grade, representing more than 20 nationalities. Our community is driven by a shared commitment to Christian values, academic excellence, and preparing students to thrive in a globalized world.
We invite you to explore BAICA’s rich history, experience our enduring dedication to exceptional education, and discover the warmth of our welcoming community. At BAICA, academic excellence, Christian values, and global citizenship come together to shape students who will be agents of change with a lasting impact on the world.
